He resides in Charlotte, NC and serves as a Managing Partner of Cash Flow Champs. He’s responsible for building and maintaining broker relationships and performing and overseeing the company’s underwriting activities.
He’s currently a general partner in five (5) multifamily properties totaling 663 units, having gone full cycle on six (6) multifamily properties. He’s also a Multifamily Coach with Master Passive Income and is a co-host of the Charlotte REWBCLUB and the MPI Multifamily podcast.
He has 14 years of prior experience working for a commercial real estate investor in NYC. During this time, he assisted the investor with acquiring deals, obtaining financing for them, and managing and leasing them after the deals were closed. While there, he also assisted the investor with the management of numerous other businesses that he owned, including a plumbing company and several bars and restaurants.
Jeremy Pusey

Jeremy Pusey is a coach with Master Passive Income who serves as a sounding board, inspiration, and guide to new investors starting their real estate journey following the Master Passive Income formula.
Jeremy first became a landlord in 2012, renting out a home while traveling the world as a missionary. After returning to the United States, he decided to focus on building a real estate business with greater purpose. He attended his first Income Building Live in 2023, and just a few months later, he owned three properties generating monthly cash flow.
Starting his investing journey at age 51, Jeremy is living proof that it’s never too late to begin building passive income and financial freedom. He believes that “every property is a step toward freedom — one decision at a time,” and he is passionate about helping others take those steps toward their own dream life.
