Purchased a triplex. Large 2,500 SF, with a 2/1 on the main floor and two 1/1’s upstairs. Two-car garage outside. About a 5-10 minute walk from St. Cloud University, just south of downtown (a few nice microbreweries and such nearby), and across the street from a very large and nice park.
