All my properties are in a military town and since my tenants are all military, regardless of what happens to our economy and jobs, the rent payments come in. If I hadn’t been watching Zillow, I wouldn’t have seen them drop the price significantly and been placing an offer the same day. Even if a deal doesn’t happen now, who knows what can happen later if you’re patient.

I just finished reading his book on how to quit your job with rental properties, this book dive deep on real estate step-by-step, I’m 30 now and I only wish I’ve had this information in my early 20s but I guess it’s never too late to start now that I know what to do, I recommend this book to anybody, it’s a real life changer!!!
