Purchased a triplex. Large 2,500 SF, with a 2/1 on the main floor and two 1/1’s upstairs. Two-car garage outside. About a 5-10 minute walk from St. Cloud University, just south of downtown (a few nice microbreweries and such nearby), and across the street from a very large and nice park. Feeling pretty happy with the purchase and managed to find a good PM to work with me on this whole process.

If I hadn’t been watching Zillow, I wouldn’t have seen them drop the price significantly and been placing an offer the same day. Two years of a lot of work and PATIENCE! God willing this will be the first of many! I remember when we saw pictures of Charles Rose Jr. and his beautiful wife signing their first deal here on this Facebook group and a year and a half ago we thought we were so far from that, but here we are… posting our picture.

As Dustin brought it up during Rewbcon, if 1 person can do it, (I) we can do it! And if WE can do it… that’s right, be encouraged! You can do it, too!
