I have my first house under contract for 85k. Expenses should be between 775-850 depending on new rates and rent from 1250 – 1450!

Purchased a triplex. Large 2,500 SF, with a 2/1 on the main floor and two 1/1’s upstairs. Two-car garage outside. About a 5-10 minute walk from St. Cloud University, just south of downtown (a few nice microbreweries and such nearby), and across the street from a very large and nice park. Feeling pretty happy with the purchase and managed to find a good PM to work with me on this whole process.

I can’t believe how fast everything happened when I signed up for coaching with you last year in June, then bought my first property a few months after that in October, and then bought my second property a few months after that in December.
