Today was signing day… closing on our first rental property. We went to the notary at the UPS store to sign some pages that needed to be notarized.

Two years of a lot of work and PATIENCE! God willing this will be the first of many! I remember when we saw pictures of Charles Rose Jr. and his beautiful wife signing their first deal here on this Facebook group and a year and a half ago we thought we were so far from that, but here we are… posting our picture.

As Dustin brought it up during Rewbcon, if 1 person can do it, (I) we can do it! And if WE can do it… that’s right, be encouraged! You can do it, too!
