I’ve been listening to your podcast for a while now and just bought my first property! The inspection happens this coming Tuesday and we close on Sep. 9th! So terrifying and so exciting! It took listening to you to get the push to move forward.

Purchased a triplex. Large 2,500 SF, with a 2/1 on the main floor and two 1/1’s upstairs. Two-car garage outside. About a 5-10 minute walk from St. Cloud University, just south of downtown (a few nice microbreweries and such nearby), and across the street from a very large and nice park. Feeling pretty happy with the purchase and managed to find a good PM to work with me on this whole process.
