My name is Matthew Savage in Columbus, OH and I am glad to be part of the MPI community. I first found Dustin when he was a guest speaker on another podcast I listen to in the real estate investing space. I signed up for his podcast immediately as I really enjoyed his no-nonsense style and now have started consuming all his podcasts and free training resources. Dustin you’re an inspiration and just after going through corporate downsizing, I am tired of the J.O.B and want more. Wish I only would have started investing sooner, as a former coworker of mine is now up to 20+ properties and also lives on his own terms now. The decision comes on the heels of some amazing discussions with many of you here, so I wanted to be sure to thank this community!! My main function will be raising private capital for syndications. I’ll continue to sell homes and small MF on the side and actually just closed deal #2 on Thursday!
